SHIPPING & DELIVERY
* Due to the overwhelming response, we are currently experiencing delays in processing orders. Please expect 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed. We are working on improving our order processing times to get the product to you faster.
SHIPPING INFORMATION – INDIA
- We offer free shipping for all orders to be delivered within India.
- We work with our delivery partners to have your order shipped to you safely. We ship via Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpress Bees, Ecom Express etc.
- All orders are shipped using standard shipping and are typically delivered within 5-7 business days of shipment. *Delivery to metro locations is usually faster.
- COD method of payment is currently unavailable in India. Please contact our support team at care@Azurfa.com for alternate methods of payment.
SHIPPING INFORMATION – INTERNATIONAL
- All orders are shipped from our workshop in India.
- All orders (below order value $249) are shipped via International Express Shipping service via UPS and are delivered in 7 – 10 business days from shipment.
- All Express orders are shipped via International Express Shipping service via UPS and are delivered in 7 – 10 business days from shipment.
- For rush orders, contact our customer care for options.
- We offer free shipping for all orders and Free Express Shipping with a cart value of $ 249 and above.
- A flat shipping fee of $ 19.99 applies to all USA orders below a total cart value of less than $ 249.
Note: Duties and taxes will be applicable per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We aim to dispatch all orders within the shipping time mentioned on the product page. Azurfa does not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
- While we aim to process your orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
- Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, multiple orders will have to be placed.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 weeks of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to make/procure it.
- While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
- Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
- Please note that there may be slight difference between the product images and the final product due to lighting, stone color, plating color, and other factors.
- If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support at care@Azurfa.com for immediate resolution. Please check our returns and exchange policy for more details and eligibility.
INSURANCE
All orders are insured during the time they are in transit until they are delivered. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.
RETURN POLICY
Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty, in which case you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
When returns are received a credit is issued to the card used for the original transaction.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
- Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
- Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
